Rhonda Rawlings

Rhonda Rawlings, a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the current news and community affairs director at Summit Media Corporation in Greenville, SC. She oversees the radio station's newscast, public service, and church announcements. As host of the public affairs Sunday morning show, Pause for the Cause, she was commended for years of commitment to journalistic integrity in 2012 when the SC House of Representatives signed a resolution in her honor.

Rawlings has received numerous other awards; including SC Broadcasters Association Merit Award. In 2012 and 2013, Rhonda received the 'Giving the House a Vioce' award from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas for her efforts to increase awareness of how the charity supports families in need. In 2014, Rawlings was named one of Talk Magazines' 25 Most Beautiful of the Upstate and she was the recipient of the 'Us Too' Prostate Cancer Awareness Group Association Award.

She has an extensive background in television production and has worked on several well-known shows including; The Chris Rock Show, the Fox sitcom ROC, and Showtime's The Robert Townsend Show.
