Jim Brown


Jim Brown was born James Nathaniel on February 17,1936 in St. Simons, Georgia. He is one of the greatest American Professional Athletes of all time.He was a running back for the Cleveland Browns from 1957 until 1965. He retired at the age of 30 to pursue a career in acting. He has appeared in several films including The Dirty Dozen and 100 Rifles.He has also appeared in television shows such as Chips, Knight Rider and The Running Man. In 1971, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. In 2002, Brown was named by Sporting News as the greatest professional athlete of all time. Brown is currently an activist and has a passion for black owned buisnesses and the rehabilitaion of gang members.
