David Mitchell

David Calvin Mitchell received an associate's in Business from Spartanburg Methodist College, a bachelor's in Business from Limestone College, and a master's in Human Resources from Clemson University.

After completing his education, Mitchell became an educator for the Greenville County School District before moving on to do Human Resources Management for RR Donnelley & Sons Company and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

In 2000, Mitchell founded Talent Management Solutions as a part-time business venture, and in January 2004, Mitchell decided to go full-time in the business and leave corporate employment. Today, his company, Talent Management Solutions, takes a leading role in the consulting, permanent, and temporary placement industry.
