James Pasley says he barely graduated high school and was only a point away from not being accepted into the U.S. Navy. But, he was able to turn his life around. Preparation, opportunity and family transformed his career. He was
progressively promoted from a non rated (E-1) to a rated Chief Information System Technician (E-7) and is currently serving as an Information Professional Officer, Lieutenant Commander (04).
