Sean Dogan

Richard Sean Dwayne Dogan was born November 19, 1976, to Richard and Anita Dogan. He is a 1998 graduate of Clemson University and attended Shaw School of Divinity, in Raleigh, NC. He is married to the former Satreva Young and to this union they have a beautiful daughter, Ramiah Dogan. Pastor Dogan has served as Senior Pastor of the Long Branch Baptist Church, since 1997. Pastor Dogan loves the people and community that he serves. Under his visionary leadership, the church has grown to over 1,200 weekly attendees. He has recently led them in a 2.4 million dollar building project and a $50,000 environmental improvement project which included stream restoration, rock sitting area, and the planting of over 60 trees. Pastor Dogan has always pursued having a church that goes "beyond the walls," in an ongoing effort to touch lives with the love of God. With this passion, Radical Faith Ministries was created. Pastor Dogan serves as Founder and CEO. It is also his feeling that Radical Faith Ministries must have a positive and powerful impact on its community bringing hope and uplift in every way possible. Pastor Dogan has initiated many programs that have positively affected the local community. . Recently he implemented Job Readiness for the church and community, which includes interviewing techniques, resume writing, and personal support coaches. Pastor Dogan has partnered with Simon's Branch Inc, a foreign mission group to support mission efforts in Jamaica and South Africa.
